Cait Fairbanks (Y&R’s Tessa) joins NBC’s Chicago following Mishael Morgan | Is she leaving Y&R too?
Cait Fairbanks racked up a significant fan base with her debut on The Young and the Restless. She has won over the audience with her depiction of Tessa Porter. Cait Fairbanks appears on Chicago Fire as Kayla
Prior to joining Y&R, Cait Fairbanks was featured in the episodes of Two and a Half Men And The Middle. The actress hasn’t done much side work since moving to Genoa City. However, she has maintained a steady schedule of music releases under the alias Ginesse.
Recently, Cait Fairbanks was seen in the most recent episode of Chicago Fire on NBC as Kayla. Fairbank’s character was first seen in the series on a phone in a TikTok video when her workplace caught fire. In the episode, How Does It End, we could see Kayla on a date with Blake Gallo (Alberto Rosende). When she returned the gloves Gallo left at the fire site, he thought everything was going rather well until he noticed that the gloves wasn’t actually his.
Chicago Fire was renewed for its ninth, tenth, and eleventh seasons on February 27, 2020. The eleventh season officially began on September 21, 2022. Fairbank’s appearance on Chicago Fire has made fans wonder if she’s departing from Genoa City. But needless to worry, she only appeared as a guest star in the series and will stick to Genoa City for at least a long period of time.
