Allison Lanier gives away major SKYLE spoiler fans may not be ready for!!

The Burden of Secrets: Summer and Kyle’s Relationship Tested

It’s no doubt that Summer and Kyle are one of our favorite couples in the show, and we all just adore them. But one thing has always jeopardized their relationship. That is the one and only soap favorite, keeping secrets. 

In the past, Summer and Kyle had trouble in paradise when Kyle worked with Victor to kick Adam out of Jabot despite Summer clearly telling him not to do so. Kyle kept that a secret from Summer. So when she eventually found out about it, the boy had a hard time. He had to work really hard to win her heart again. Seems like that’s coming back again but the opposite way. After their past issues, both Summer and Kyle promised each other that there would be no more secrets between them. But it wasn’t long until one of them broke that promise.

Skyle has survived a lot of problems, especially with their mothers constantly being at each other’s throats. Even at those times, Kyle and Summer were always there for each other. When Diane was accused of killing Phyllis, we all thought their marriage would be over. But nope, they were still standing strong. 

However, when the character itself starts worrying about its relationship, it is bound to go down. Especially now that Phyllis is turned out to be alive, and Summer knows all about it. Phyllis confessed the whole thing to her and asked her to keep the secret. Like a good daughter, Summer is protecting her mom because she doesn’t want to lose her again. But at the expense of her own marriage, that doesn’t look like a good choice.

Now that Summer is keeping a major secret that would help Kyle’s mom, Diane, away from jail, can their marriage stay the same once Kyle finds out about it? Right at that critical moment, Summer’s best bro swept in and saved her. Daniel told Kyle that Phyllis was alive but with a twist. He told him that Phyllis reached out to him to save Summer. But secrets are meant to be out in time.

Daniel’s plan was a great relief for the fans, giving them hope that it’s not over for Skyle yet. Then again, the show just kept hinting about Kyle hooking up with someone else that says otherwise. To make it even more confusing and worrisome, Allison Lanier who plays Summer in Y&R just dropped a teaser on the upcoming storyline surrounding her storyline. On Twitter, when a fan asked Allison to, “give us a hint on what’s coming for Skyle,” the actress replied, “All I know is y’all are [probably] not ready lol”. 

The fans went crazy after this, leaving everyone worried for Skyle. One fan even commented, “Listen, Skyle better make it through.” 

“We only want ready if it’s good for Skyle,” another fan chimed in.
