Sheila Carter is alive but who did Steffy Forrester Kill that night?
Y&R Double Custody Battle Brewing: Victoria stand to lose her children
Previously on Y&R, Kyle filed a restraining order against Ashland to keep him from visiting Harrison. We know Victor pulled the strings to get it done and Vickie was utterly disappointed about her dad taking the vendetta too far.
As seen in the latest episode, it won’t be just Ashland who will face a custody battle. Victoria herself is going to face one too after Billy refuses to work out on an agreement regarding their children’s joint custody.
Billy is not willing to let go of his children for Ashland
After receiving the restraining order from Kyle, Ash almost left GC because without Harrison and Victoria, he realized he had no purpose to live in the town. His luck changed at the last minute when Vikkie chose him over her family and business and urged him not to give up on Harrison.
After Vickie told Ash that she wanted to start fresh with him in a new place, he brought up Billy and the children (Johnny and Katie) but Victoria was confident that she would be able to pull up an agreement with her ex-husband regarding their children’s joint custody.
Johnny and Katie are currently off in a boarding school. And Vicki does not think that her relocating to a new place would immediately disrupt their lives. However, when she drops by Billy’s office to let him into the loop, she receives a big shocker. Billy is not willing to go along with her plan and warns her to fight her in the court if needed.

Who will the custody battle? Victoria or Billy?
Billy may not be as delinquent as Ashland but we have not forgotten how the former gambling addict tried to kill Adam when his homicidal gum-chewing mode was on. In this case, how will he prove to the court that he can be a better influence on the children than Victoria and Ashland? We think that Billy will need some strong forces to back him up if he is really to win this case.
As seen in a latest teaser, Victor and Nikki make a difficult decision about their daughter. Speculation is that the decision may be related to joining forces with Billy, someone who’s worked their nerves a little too often. However, they may still support him in the court when it comes to protecting their grandchildren. They would certainly not want Ashland to have any sort of influence on Johnny and Katie and would go to any lengths to make sure that Billy wins their sole custody.
Billy winning the custody battle seems like the last resort that can keep Victoria from leaving Genoa City. She severed all ties with her parents but she may not be able to do the same with her kids. Thus, she will have no choice but to drop her idea of relocating if she is to have custody of her kids.
As Billy said Kyle’s restraining order against Ashland is a public record and no court would overlook this fact. Does this mean that Vikkie is a definite loser in this custody battle? Let us know your opinions in the comments below.
