Eric Forrester Out At Bold and Beautiful, John McCook Reveals Final Wish

The new Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have got all the fans worried for John McCook who plays the role of Eric Forrestor. An epic fight is about to go down and looks like there is a high chance of John making his exit from the Bold and the Beautiful. What happened to Eric Forrester on Bold and the Beautiful?

Besides being a fashion icon on the show as Eric, John is also a soap opera royalty in real life. John has actually played the role as a fashion designer in the show since the show kicked off 36 years ago in 1987. But right now, Eric’s not exactly the big cheese at the Forrester Creations anymore. He’s more like the wise grandpa in the corner, while his granddaughter, Steffy, (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and son Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) handle the business stuff.

But just how long can he stay behind his kids, Not for long as he has got some plans for himself too. In fact, Eric’s got some designs of his own he wants to put out there. He’s all pumped to team up with Ridge for a killer fashion line.

But the only problem is that Ridge’s been giving him the cold shoulder. Now, that’s not good, is it? Maybe Ridge is still not over those memories of how Eric and Zende’s dresses almost sank Hope For the Future. But, seriously, knowing Ridge, he’s probably thinking he doesn’t need anybody’s help and just like to do everything alone

But don’t you worry because things are heating up. There was a showdown between father and son on August 25. And guess what? Eric’s not holding back. He’s demanding the respect he’s earned and he better get that! Will he put Ridge in his place? Because if you remember he still has some serious info with him. If Ridge crosses the limit, Eric might have to use that and give him a reality check. We all know whose blood runs in him. He is not really a Forrester but is a Marone.

Or what if Eric decides to give Ridge another reality check by secretly launching a brand new fashion line? It’s about to be a fashion War. Eric might start a new line under a new name. He creates his own line, all stealthy like, and then challenges Forrester to a runway showdown. And Eric might just come out on top, revealing his secret master plan. And rest assured that some jaws would definitely drop.

Maybe then Ridge will regret his decisions and his dad beating him will make him be more humble. Or in the worst case scenario, when Ridge and Eric are in the middle of a fight or argument, this whole situation might lead up to a very serious medical emergency.

Hinting that the actor, McCook might be hanging up his acting Badge and going into retirement since he is already 79 years old. Maybe it’s a way of writing out his character off the show. Will he really leave?

Thankfully, that’s not the case guys. There’s no news that John McCook’s packing his bags. This storyline is just cooking up some good old family drama. So, don’t worry because the actor is not going anywhere. In fact, he’s got dreams of rocking this soap gig for years to come.

According to Entertainment Tonight, McCook revealed his birthday wish and said, “My wish, my selfish wish, is that I can do this job until they don’t want me anymore, until I don’t want to. I don’t want to get to a point where I can’t remember lines anymore. Or I can’t do the job. I want to stay healthy enough and well enough, even 10 more years or 20 more years. To stay there, that’s my wish for me, personally.” So he is not going anywhere.
