Soap vet Tracey E. Bregman’s life after 2 failed relationships | Says she’d only remarry “if she loses her mind!”
Tracey E Bregman’s alter ego on The Young and the Restless had to go through multiple heartbreaks before finding lasting love with Michael Baldwin. While everything was fictional on the soap, the actress has gone through more trials and tribulations in the real-life love department, which has her become jaded about certain romance already. What exactly happened to Tracey? We will tell you in this video.
Tracey E. Bregman was married to Ron Recht for 23 years
Most of you may know that Tracey is a star kid. Born to American musician Buddy Bregman and Canadian actress Suzanne Lloyd, Tracey began acting right after moving to the United States at age 10.
She portrayed troubled teen, Donna Temple Craig, on Days of Our Lives from 1978 to 1980, which was her breakthrough role in the daytime world. Then in 1983, she landed the role of Lauren Fenmore on The Young and the Restless.

With her acting career taking off, Bregman found love with a real estate developer named Ron Recht, whom she went on to marry in 1987.
Speaking of Ron, he was a broadcasting student who graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in television and radio. However, he chose a career path different from the broadcasting business and went on to become a broker in California. As of late, he has been working for Pacific Development Partners.

Tracey’s younger son and ex-boyfriend did not get along at all
Tracey and Ron had their first son Austin in 1991. Five years later, their second son Landon was born who made headlines in 2016 after getting into a feud with his mom’s boyfriend, Brian Landow.
Tracey began dating Brian in 2015 after meeting him on social media. The pair hit a rough patch in 2016 when Brian and Landon started having issues to a point where Brian was even granted restraining orders against Landon. Nevertheless, Tracey and Brian’s relationship had a good run for two more years before they split amicably in May 2018.

As of late, the actress is single but her search for love continues. Having said that, she has made it clear in her interview with Closer that she is no longer interested in the traditional approach.
“I would like to find a partner who I can have fun with and hopefully spend my life with, but I don’t know if I’d ever get married again,” she said. “I just got out of a long relationship. It’s the first time I have been completely single in a long time. I need a moment.”
The soap vet may sound a bit unsure of marriages but there is no way she has lost hope in love. “I don’t believe in love at first sight per se. I am much too jaded for that. I do, however, believe in an instant connection,” she added.
