Tanner Novlan
Celebrities, they’re just like us! Even someone who looks as good as Tanner Novlan, struggles staying in shape. The Canadian star told Soap Opera Digest last year that he is not a natural gym rat and actually prefers working out in his backyard.
He does high intensity circuit training which includes a lot of core work and a lot of lunges with free weights. Tanner finds it more productive to work with one of his buddies because he’s competitive, which motivates him to finish his workouts.
He says it’s important to know your body and push through when you’re at your max, knowing that your body can handle it. In addition to this, he suggests, “Don’t go too crazy on either end of the spectrum. Don’t try to be so healthy that you’re not enjoying life and what food is, but not overindulging is very important.”

When it comes to fitness, a lot has changed for Scott Clifton since the pandemic. Talking to Soap Opera Digest last year, the actor revealed that he would go on panic mode whenever he knew Liam Spencer would be doing a shirtless scene on the Bold and the Beautiful.
He’d go to the gym six-seven times a week, run and eat next to nothing. But a switch flipped in his brain and he now approaches his health and diet differently. He now hits the gym mostly three times a week, where he works out with his best friend, who is also his trainer.
Scott swears by trainers and says, “If you hate your trainer, you have a great trainer. If you love your trainer, you might want to find another one.” Scott also advises to try a meal delivery service and do some kind of cardio everyday as a habit.
Don Diamont

If you follow Don Diamont on Instagram, then you know that he does workout Wednesdays, where he shares his workout photos along with some motivation for his followers. At 59 years old, Don gives his younger co-stars a run for their money. Just take a look at some of these pics from his workouts! and Don may just have the best workout partner, his dog Ezey.
As for workout advice, Don says, “Going hard means different things to different people. Do what’s right for you, but get your heart pumping. Go online to find all kinds of workouts for beginners and advanced. Whatever it is, just get moving.”
Lawrence Saint Victor

Like Don, his co-star Lawrence Saint Victor looks like he’s ready for a shirtless scene at any given moment but that’s not his main motivation while working out. He doesn’t believe in diets but does intermittent fasting.
Lawrence tries to get in a workout when his son, Christian, is taking a nap and has a weighted workout routine Monday through Friday. Lawrence suggests that you should find a fitness activity that you enjoy. He told Soap Opera Digest, “There’s no point in doing something that you hate. If you hate lifting weights, why do it? Find what works for you.”
Whatever he’s doing, it’s certainly working, so much so, that his co-stars look up to him for workout motivation. Delon De Metz joked on Instagram that he was playing catch up to Lawrence with this shirtless mirror selfie.
So there you have it. Hope you had your fix of workout motivation from your fav B&B men. Let us know in the comments if you want more fitness tips from soap stars.
