Chad Duell and Luana Lucci welcomes a baby boy
Wednesday, August 30 is the day Duell and his girlfriend are going to remember for the rest of their lives. Duell shared some adorable pictures of them on his Instagram, holding the baby and wrote, “Welcome to the world lil Dawson. Been quite the journey. Can’t wait to see the great man you become.” The dad is definitely thrilled and excited to spend his life with his first born. Plus, he sure had fun clicking pictures with his son too, just look at it.

Lucci also posted some pictures on her Instagram of the day their son was born, and a lot of Duell holding the baby and captioned them, “August 30th, a date that changed our lives forever. Our little one has arrived, filling our hearts with boundless love and joy.” The new parents are over the moon right now, and I’m pretty sure they just can’t get over him.

Chad Duell began dating Luana after revealing his and Courtney’s wedding was never real
Chad Duell is no stranger to the soap world, especially if you’ve been watching General Hospital, or are a big fan of The Young and the Restless and Courtney Hope. The 35-year-old actor is famously recognized for his role as Michael Corinthos on General Hospital, and has even won an Emmy for his role.
But besides his acting, he also once made the headlines, when he started dating the Y&R star, Courtney Hope, who plays Sally Spectra. The two of them dated for 5 years, and were once even called the “it” couple. They got engaged on Valentine’s Day of 2021, but at the end of 2021, the two broke up. While many believed they had married in October, that wasn’t the case. Duell revealed that neither he nor Hope had “signed anything” and stated they were not “married or anything.”
Both of them moved on, and Duell went on to date Luana Lucci in 2022. Soon after, in March 2023, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together. But their pregnancy journey wasn’t so easy. Lucci revealed that she had a lot of complications during her 19th week, and it was a high-risk pregnancy. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end, and it was a healthy baby boy. Many fans were eagerly waiting for the day, and now it is finally here.
