Tara Locke is played by actress Elizabeth Leiner. She made her debut on Y&R on March 1, 2021. Her latest appearance on the show was on August 6, 2021.

Elizabeth Leiner was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Arts. She also has a master’s degree in Social Work and Literature. She is in her early 40s.
As of right now, we do not know if Elizabeth Leiner is in a relationship with anyone. The information regarding Elizabeth’s marital status has not been made public. We might have to wait until Elizabeth herself comes out with any details about her love life.

Tara Locke is Ashland Locke’s ex-wife. She is the mother of Harrison Locke. Harrison is the product of her affair with Kyle Abbott. After a paternity test, Tara finds out the truth about her son’s biological dad but does not tell Ashland.
After Kyle found out that Harrison was his son, he started spending time with Harrison. Kyle also started growing closer to Tara. When Tara found out Ashland left her out of his will, she decided to help Sally Spectra and get Summer out of Genoa City.

Tara threatened Summer that she would not let Kyle see Harrison if she didn’t leave GC. Phyllis eventually found out that Sally and Tara were the reason that her daughter left the town and also found out that Tara had been embezzling money from her own company. She was then arrested and sent to New York to serve some jail time.
Is Tara Locke coming back to The Young and the Restless?
It is currently not known if Tara Locke is coming back to The Young and the Restless. The show is yet to announce her return and Elizabeth Leiner has not said anything publicly. But it’s certain that she would return to GC once her prison time comes to an end. However, we will have to wait to see if Elizabeth Leiner would herself reprise the role since her contract with Y&R is already over.
