Inside Y&R: 7 Biggest BFFs on The Young and the Restless of all time
There is always so much going on in Genoa City. Love, corporate battle, and family legacy rule the roost on the show. Meanwhile, some beautiful friendship storylines have also emerged over the years. In this video, we will be talking about seven such pairs who are famous for the bonding they share and hence are known as the BFFs of The Young and the Restless.
Chelsea Lawson and Chloe Mitchell

Chelsea and Chloe got to know each other when they worked together on TagNGrab. The two ladies became business partners and eventually, became housemates.
They co-raised their children Connor and Isabella too but then a terrible revelation ended their friendship. It came to light that Chelsea’s husband, Adam, was responsible for the death of Chloe’s eldest daughter, Delia Abbott.
Things became worse when Chloe took revenge by killing Adam, who came back from the dead last year. The messes cleared away loving feelings between the two and they stayed out of touch for years. But in recent years, they have once again reconciled.

Jack Abbott and Adam Newman

“An enemy of an enemy is a friend.” As the proverb suggests, Jack and Adam became friends due to their mutual hate for Victor Newman.
They became so close that Jack looked at Adam like his little brother and he has always had a soft spot for him.
Adam also liked Jack a lot. He was so close to Jack that when a crazy doppelganger, Marco Annicelli, came to town as Jack, he was the first to realize that his friend was missing.
Jack missed Adam so much when he was supposed to have died.

Sharon Newman and Drucilla Winters

Sharon and Dru became close while co-working on a project called Beauty of Nature. They became closer over their mutual hate for Phyllis Summers. Ultimately, Phyllis also became the reason for the tragic end of their friendship.
In 2007, Sharon and Phyllis had a big fight near a cliff during a photoshoot. Dru appeared at the scene to separate them but unfortunately, she and Sharon fell from the cliff into a river.
Sharon was found and saved but sadly, Dru was never discovered.
Paul Williams and Lauren Fenmore

Lauren and Paul had a spark from the beginning. They even had a great romance back in the 80s and they made a super couple, as well.
However, coming to the late 80s, they landed in the friends’ zone. They have maintained a great friendship over the years and have been one of the best BFFs in town ever since.

Summer Newman and Fenmore Baldwin

Summer’s mom, Phyllis, and Fen’s dad, Michael, were besties. So these two young GC residents, who were born around the same time, automatically became close friends. Basically, the two grew up together and have always remained close to each other.
At one point, Fen even wanted to upgrade his friendship with Summer into a romantic relationship. Their romance did not stand a chance but the two are still very good friends.
Michael Baldwin and Phyllis Summers

Michael and Phyllis are some of the biggest BFFs in Genoa City. The two even had a great romance back in the days but they quickly realized that they were better off as friends than lovers.
Even today, the two are amazing friends and are always there for each other. They have helped each other through some hardest of times and have proved that their friendship is above everything.

Nikki Newman and Katherine Chancellor

Nikki and Katherine were the oldest and the most classic BFFs on Y&R. The two had a big age difference but despite that, they found the most supportive friend in each other. They stood for each other through alcoholism, failed marriages, illness, family death, and so much more.
Nikki always saw a mother in Katherine and Katherine always loved Nikki as her own kid. Eventually, Nikki’s children grew up to have immense respect for Kay. Nikki and Kay were more than just BFFs. They were family.
